Job Description

We are looking for Director, Earned Wage Access with experience in building and managing EWA Programs. You will partner with the head of engineering and design to build a world class EWA solution.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Product stakeholders to understand and execute on the product vision

  • Lead and Manage the Market Readiness/Go-To-Market activities and delivery implementation of Core Product

  • Design and build a product that create a great user experience

  • Be a strategic partner and key contributor to relevant product, engineering and account management teams

  • Work with external partners i.e. payroll platforms and time and attendance platforms to integrate third party services into the core platform

  • Gather requirements and create specifications for the engineering team.

  • Own the product backlog and prioritize work in sprints.

  • Remove roadblocks for the engineering team at a business level to help with day-to-day delivery.

  • Work with operations to identify, prioritize and resolve issues.

  • Define success metrics and OKR’s

Requirements

  • 10 -12 years of work experience in product management

  • Experience in building earned wage access solutions

  • Experience in payments and banking

  • Ability to dive into the technical details as required

  • Proven experience as a product manager working with mobile and web applications

  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences

  • Ability to execute high value projects while dealing with competing priorities.

  • Ability to think strategically with solving short term problems while continuing to focus on long term needs of the business.

  • Good collaboration skills with the ability to work with people from different backgrounds and organizations.

  • Technology and design focused individual with a strong understanding of agile development processes.

  • Degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent, and product management experience.
